Craig A Wooten CPA LLC DBA PHC Accounting Auditing & Tax Solutions is a Minority and Veteran-Owned Business. Initially, bookkeeping and tax preparation were our primary services, but we now include auditing and payroll. The bookkeeping produces the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and Cash Flow Statement. The profit and loss report prepares the business's federal tax return. We provide audit service to render an opinion as to whether the financial statements are fairly presented.
